Ian has earned recognition from his peers as being an intelligent and inspiring leader. He has worked over 25 years in all levels of the construction industry starting as a project coordinator and eventually serving as President and CEO of a nationally ranked contractor. Ian provided his expertise to numerous large landmark projects across Canada with a focus on complex delivery models such as design-build and public-private partnerships. As a former member of the Canadian Construction Association board of directors, Ian has also been an active participant in giving back to the industry and helping shape policy from a national perspective.

Ian and his wife are the proud parents of three boys.
